It was emphasized at the Committee meeting that the Bill (Reg. No. 2323) had been elaborated with a purpose of "regulation of inconsistencies and antagonisms of Ukrainian legislation on regulatory policy in the field of state regulation of financial services market by removing realization of regulatory activity in the field of financial services market from under operation of Law "On the Bases of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activities".
Particularly, the Bill envisages to give financial services market regulators Securities and Stock Market State Commission and State Commission on Financial Services Market Regulation of Ukraine, specially authorized executive organ in the field of financial services market regulation an opportunity to realize state regulation of financial services market.
